Return & Exchange Policy

Thank you for choosing Urbansole! We’re committed to providing you with the best shopping experience. Please read our return and exchange policies carefully:

  • We have a Free 7-day Trial Policy. If 7 days have gone by since your order delivery, unfortunately, we won’t be able to offer you a refund or exchange.
  • In case of the delivery of a damaged or defective product, customer should raise a written complaint along with the first unboxing video within 12 hours from the time of delivery. Complaint raised after 12 hours will not be accepted. 
  • Product first unboxing video is mandatory for any claim/complaint raised by customer related to the delivery of a damaged or defective product. Please make sure that the product, damaged portion, AWB number & shipping label should be clearly visible in the unboxing video. Incomplete or improper unboxing video will not be accepted.
  • To be eligible for a return, the product must be in:

    • unused and the same condition as you received it
      the original packaging.
    • A refund shall not be processed in the following cases:
      If the product is returned after seven days
      If the item is worn, damaged, or not in its original packaging

  • Exclusive Sale

    Orders placed during our Sale period are not eligible for returns. However, if you have a size issue or receive a defective or damaged product, we will assist you with an exchange, subject to size availability.
  • EMI Purchases:
    Products purchased through EMI are not eligible for returns. However, exchanges are allowed, subject to a limit of one exchange per order and size availability.
    Note - We do not issue refunds for Cash on Delivery (COD) charges, typically ranging from 75 to 100 Rs., in case you decide to return a product.

  • Please click on SCHEDULE AN EXCHANGE/ RETURN within 7 days of delivery with your order number

  • You will receive a confirmation as soon as the Product is received, and your payment will be processed within seven business days of receipt of the returned package.
