How many days do I have to return my Urbansole order?
You have a free 7-day trial period to return or exchange your Urbansole product. After 7 days from delivery, unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or process refunds.
What conditions must the product meet for a return?
Your Urbansole product must be:
- Unused and in the same condition you received it
- In its original packaging (including tags, box, etc.)
When will my return/refund request not be accepted?
We won’t be able to process a refund if:
- The product is returned after 7 days
The item is worn, damaged, or missing its original packaging
Can I return items bought during a sale?
Orders placed during exclusive sale periods are not eligible for returns.
